The milky way is a huge galaxy with hundreds of billions of stars, and the sun is just one of the less prominent stars that, along with many other stars in the galaxy, orbits the centre of the galaxy.

Earth is the only home we have in the universe and the only planet we know of so far that has life on it, and because of this, we usually think of it as a perfect planet.

In a good night sky, we can always see a sky full of stars and it seems to us that the whole universe is in full view. In fact, the stars we see in the night sky are only a tiny part of the milky way galaxy, which is just one of the trillions of galaxies that exist in the observable universe.
